Department of Medicine Annual Day 2021

Year In Review: The Bad, the Good & the Great

Each year the Department of Medicine's Annual Day is a special event celebrating faculty members and learners who have made immense contributions to the generation and translation of new knowledge, and demonstrated innovation in scholarship, research, teaching or clinical care.

Under the current conditions we can't come together as we usually would for Annual Day, but I hope you will join us in celebrating our department’s immeasurable impact as clinicians, researchers, teachers, educators and quality innovators.

Reminder: Nomination and adjudication processes for the 2021 Department of Medicine awards have been delayed during the pandemic in an effort to ensure we, as a department, are focusing on our patients and ourselves. We hope to resume this year's awards nomination processes in the Fall.

Date: June 16, 2021
Time: 12:00pm to 1:00pm
Presenter: Dr. Gillian Hawker, Sir John and Lady Eaton Professor and Chair
Title: Year in Review: The Bad, the Good & the Great

Keep your eyes on our website and Twitter (@UofT_DoM) on June 16th for more virtual celebrations. We'll also be announcing our senior promotees—all 45 of them—plus celebrating this incredible department!
