At the Quality & Innovation Retreat on November 3rd, we were very pleased to welcome Pamela Mathura, PhD, MBA, BSc MLS, a Quality Improvement Scientist with over 30 years in healthcare.
She serves as Senior Improvement Leader with the University of Alberta Department of Medicine and Alberta Health Services and is an Assistant Clinical Professor. Pamela has led 75+ QI projects, trained 800+ medical learners, established a summer QI program, published 53 articles, and co-developed a QI education module. She speaks nationally and internationally on topics in improvement science.
