Resources for Physician Leadership

A variety of opportunities are available for physician leadership training. Links are provided below for leadership courses and other resources. Given the paucity of data in this area, it is difficult to know the comparative effectiveness of various physician leadership training initiatives.[1] Department of Medicine (DoM) faculty members interested in exploring any of these opportunities are encouraged to contact their physician-in-chief (PIC) or a member of the DoM Executive Committee to learn more about specific experiences regarding a particular course.
