CBD Workshop Series: Introduction to Competence by Design

Department of Medicine will be holding Competence by Design (CBD) workshop series to introduce faculty to CBD, its features and how to incorporate it into your teaching. In this series, we will be holding sessions on an Introduction to CBD, Assessments in CBD, and Feedback and Coaching.
The first set of sessions will be on an Introduction to CBD. This workshop is a starting point for faculty wanting to learn and build foundational knowledge on Competence by Design (CBD) and what it means in practice.
