Topic: Insights into the Biological Basis of Therapeutic Brain Stimulation in Stroke and Dementia

Educational Objectives
1. Abnormalities in brain tissue that is affected by degenerative disease but still structurally intact.
2. Learn about how brain stimulation can improve function in such tissue.
3. Links to theoretical issues on neural inhibition and connectivity between hemispheres.
