Summit for Women in Academic Medicine
WAM PLUS (People that Look to Us for Support) - June 1st 2023 12:00 - 5:00 pm at MaRS Centre auditorium
The Summit for Women in Academic Medicine (WAM) was launched in 2017 with the goal of creating a space for women in the Department of Medicine to share experiences, gain valuable skills, network and advocate for the development of strong female* leaders in Academic Medicine. Through multiple iterations of the event, faculty and trainees have heard speakers, panels, and participated in workshops on topics of leadership, wellness, intersectionality, conflict management, allyship and communication.
This year's WAM PLUS summit will be held on June 1 from 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM in the MaRS Centre Auditorium. Please be sure to RSVP on our EventBrite page if you are able to join us on June 1.
