David Chan

Dr. Chan’s clinical focus is neuromuscular diseases and electromyography as well as a small component of general neurology practice as a longitudinal clinic supervisor for neurology residents. He also participates in general neurology call and inpatient service. He recently stepped down as the Residency Program Director for Adult Neurology at the University of Toronto in March 2026, and also the PGME Faculty Lead in Admissions and Transitions. He was formerly the Director for two MD program pre-clerkship courses and a Royal College examiner for Neurology.
