Dr. Jerome is a rheumatologist and division head of rheumatology at Women’s College Hospital and an Assistant Professor of Medicine at the University of Toronto. She completed her medical degree at the University of Western Ontario and went on to do rheumatology training at the University of Ottawa. She then returned to Toronto where she did a fellowship in lupus at the University of Toronto Lupus Clinic. She attended the Ontario Institute for Studies in Education where she obtained a Masters in Health Professional Education. She has a general rheumatology practice at Women’s College Hospital where she participates in a lot of teaching at the undergraduate and post-graduate levels.
