Dr Farag is a Clinician Teacher in the Division of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PMR), Department of Medicine, at the University of Toronto (UofT). Dr Farag completed his residency in PMR at the University of British Columbia, followed by a fellowship in Interventional Physiatry at UofT. He is a licensed Sports Medicine physician and Electromyographer, certified by the Canadian Academy of Sports and Exercise Medicine and Canadian Society of Clinical Neurophysiology, respectively. 

Dr Farag specializes in providing comprehensive non-surgical care for neuro-musculoskeletal conditions. He performs ultrasound-guided pain procedures in the Interventional clinic at Toronto Rehab. Additionally, Dr Farag is the director of the EMG Lab at Toronto Rehab. He has a special interest in management of peripheral nerve injury and sport-related nerve conditions. Dr Farag is also a consultant Physiatrist in the Inpatient Musculoskeletal and Complex Multi-System Rehab Program at Toronto Rehab.
