Kristen M. Krysko
Dr. Krysko is a clinician investigator and Assistant Professor in the Department of Medicine, Division of Neurology at the University of Toronto and St. Michael's Hospital. She completed her MD and adult neurology residency at the University of Toronto and completed a Multiple Sclerosis/Neuroimmunology Clinical Research Fellowship at the University of California San Francisco. She also holds a Master’s Degree in Clinical Research (MAS) from UCSF. During fellowship training at UCSF she conducted studies investigating the effects of breastfeeding and treatment during breastfeeding in women with MS, as well as studying the effects of disease-modifying therapies in children with MS. Dr. Krysko has an interest in caring for pregnant women with MS and will establish a Women’s Health and Pregnancy MS clinic with a corresponding research program. She sees patients in the multiple sclerosis clinic and will attend on the inpatient neurology ward and consult service at St. Michael's Hospital.
