Manav Vyas

Dr Manav Vyas research focus is on evaluating and mitigating the effects of social determinants of health on brain health. He participates in stroke and general neurology inpatient call and ward services, and also provides clinical neurophysiology (EEG) services. He is cross-appointed at Women's College Hospital as the research director for the Centre for Headache, and sits on UofT DOM committees on mentorship and inclusion. He has held Heart and Stroke and CIHR grants as a PI (~ $600K), and is a co-PI and co-I on multiple others (~$10M). He also holds the New Investigator Salary Award from the Heart & Stroke Foundation of Canada.
