Matthew Godleski

Dr. Matthew Godleski is a physiatrist in the Department of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at the University of Toronto. His practice focuses on post-burn recovery, stroke rehabilitation, and wound care. Dr. Godleski has been a collaborator in numerous post-stroke quality improvement and research projects. He is the Chair of Therapy and Rehabilitation for the Canadian Burn Association and the Chair of the American Burn Association Rehabilitation Committee. He is an award-winning teacher, a frequent speaker and coordinator for burn rehabilitation at national conferences, and has published multiple journal articles, guidelines, and book chapters associated with recovery after burn injury.
