Rebecca Stovel

Dr. Rebecca Stovel is a specialist in General Internal Medicine at Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre and a Clinician Teacher at the University of Toronto with an interest in novel models of care and in educating learners within them. She is closely involved in teaching medical students and residents in these settings, recognizing that for innovative models of care to become standard practice, learners must be exposed to them during training. Dr. Stovel is Internal Medicine Clerkship Co-Director and also serves as Medical Director of Outpatient Care at Sunnybrook, where she is focused on advancing more patient-centred and integrated approaches to care.
