Rene Wong

Dr. Rene Wong is a clinical endocrinologist and clinician-educator interested in residency education and continuing professional development (CPD). He completed his PhD in medical sociology in 2020 and is a research scholar at the Wilson Center for Research in Education. His research uses theories and methods from the social sciences to understand the challenges in healthcare collaboration and knowledge translation, to inform models of education that support clinicians to practice in a rapidly changing health care environment.
