Learning objectives:
At the end of this session, participants will be able to:
- Describe the concept of the hidden curriculum and how it relates to health professional training.
- Reflect on the role of the hidden curriculum in their own past, present and future development as a medical professional, leader and educator.
- Develop strategies for keeping track of Hidden Curriculum effects as part of an overarching approach to quality improvement in training programs.
