Clinical Pharmacology and Toxicology: Divisional Awards

This award is presented to a Clinical Pharmacology and Toxicology faculty member who has provided an outstanding and enriching learning experience in clinical pharmacology and toxicology for the academic year. 

This award is presented to a Clinical Pharmacology and Toxicology (CPT) trainee or faculty who has made an outstanding contribution in the development of a new or innovative initiative to improve CPT education or patient care.

This award is presented to a Clinical Pharmacology and Toxicology (CPT) trainee who has consistently shown outstanding performance in patient care, research, quality improvement, education, and/or mentorship. This award was created in honour of Dr. Shinya Ito, former division head of Clinical Pharmacology and Toxicology at the Hospital for Sick Children.
