Dr. Millar is an Associate Professor at the University of Toronto and a Clinician Teacher in the Division of Endocrinology and Metabolism at Mount Sinai Hospital in Toronto.  He is a general endocrinologist with clinical expertise in andrology, and manages several andrologic conditions including male hypogonadism, infertility, sexual dysfunction, gynecomastia and disorders of sexual development.  He has one of the largest Klinefelter Syndrome populations in Ontario and has clinical expertise in transgender hormone therapy.  He is also the Fellowship Director of the first Endocrine Andrology Program in Canada, based at the University of Toronto.
 
Dr. Millar has received several teaching awards, including The University Health Network/Mount Sinai Hospital Department of Medicine Excellence in Teaching Award, The University of Toronto MD Program Teaching Award for Excellence, The University of Toronto Division of Endocrinology George From Postgraduate Teaching Award, and The University of Toronto Division of Endocrinology Robert Volpe Undergraduate Teaching Award.
