Alana Fleet

Dr. Alana Fleet has a clinical focus on general PM&R and neurorehabilitation, with particular expertise in brain and spinal cord injuries. Her training and career have taken her coast to coast across Canada. She completed an MSc at Dalhousie University, with research focused on stroke rehabilitation. She then spent a decade training and practising in Vancouver and at the University of British Columbia, where she was a clinical faculty member, before returning to her hometown of Toronto in 2025.

Dr. Fleet works across multiple UHN sites, primarily providing inpatient care at Toronto Rehab. Her outpatient practice includes newly established clinics at West Park and TRI-Bickle.

Her academic interests include medical education, quality improvement, and medical leadership. She is particularly interested in developing practical leadership skills among learners and colleagues, supporting physicians to take active roles in shaping healthcare systems and improving patient care.
