Daniel Edward Cass
Dr. Dan Cass completed medical school at the University of Toronto in 1988. After a rotating internship at the Toronto General Hospital, he entered the Royal College Residency Program in Emergency Medicine, also in Toronto.
Dr. Cass joined the Emergency Department staff of St. Michael's Hospital in 1993, and was Chief of Emergency Medicine at St. Mike's in from 1997 to September, 2007. He continues to practice as an Emergency Physician, and holds the position of Director, Medical Informatics at St. Michael's. He is also the Emergency Department Lead for the Toronto Central LHIN and is an Investigating Coroner.
He is an Associate Professor in the Division of Emergency Medicine, Department of Medicine at U of T, and is active in Undergraduate, Postgraduate and Continuing Medical Education.
