David Juurlink is an internist, clinical pharmacologist and medical toxicologist at Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre, where he oversees the Clinical Pharmacology & Toxicology consult service, one of only a few such services in Canada. He is also a medical toxicologist at the Ontario Poison Centre and a Senior Scientist at ICES, where he maintains an active research program in the field of drug safety.
