Dr. Khosravani completed his BSc in Physics(Astronomy) and Biology at York University, followed by MSc in Physiology at the University of Toronto. He then pursued MD/PhD (Neuroscience - computational and molecular/cellular physiology) training at the University of Calgary. His residency was in Neurology, followed by a transition to Internal Medicine. He completed Critical Care at Western University followed by fellowships in Neurocritical Care and Stroke both at Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre, University of Toronto. He is a Stroke physician at Sunnybrook Health Science Centre and a practicing Intensivist. He is an Assistant Professor in the Division of Neurology, Department of Medicine where he is appointed as a Clinician in Quality and Innovation. His interests include improving quality & patient safety in stroke care pathways during the hyperacute and inpatient phases of care, advanced care planning in stroke care, neurocritical care of neurovascular patients peri-TPA/EVT, ICU EEG, and leveraging computation and machine learning to undertake solutions in these domains.
