Jillian T. Alston

Jillian Alston completed her medical school, internal medicine and geriatric medicine training at the University of Toronto. She has since completed a Master’s of Science and Community Health in Health Practitioner Teacher Education. She is involved in a number of educational and leadership activities in both undergraduate and postgraduate medical education. She serves as the Division of Geriatric Medicine Representative to support the Geriatric and Care of the Elderly Theme for the undergraduate MD program and is also the Faculty Representative for the undergraduate MD Geriatric Interest Group. She strives to provide accessible geriatric consultation to marginalized populations and has spearheaded an outreach program to provide geriatric consultation at a shelter for older adults experiencing homelessness.
