Phavalan Rajendram

Dr. Rajendram MD appointed Clinical Associate (2023) and transiting to Assistant Professor 2024 after completion of MSc; is a graduate of the Adult Neurology Residency Program at the University of Toronto, where he served as co-chief resident in 2021. He completed a Vascular Neurology Fellowship at Harvard Medical School/Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center and is joining the Division of Neurology at UHN as a stroke neurologist and clinician in quality and innovation. His research interests include personalized medicine in stroke though pharmacogenomics.
