Richard Gilbert is Professor of Medicine at the University of Toronto, and Clinician-Scientist in the Division of Endocrinology. He has published over 270 peer-reviewed journal manuscripts, been the recipient of numerous national and international awards, including a tier 1 CRC and has spun out 2 successful biotechnology companies from his research. He remains dedicated to clinical practice.
