Dr. Hladunewich is a renowned nephrologist specializing in glomerular-based kidney disease and kidney care during pregnancy. Her work bridges women’s health and nephrology, making her a key advocate for improved patient outcomes and advancing kidney care. Dr. Hladunewich was presented with her medal on March 20, 2025 at a special awards ceremony at The Kidney Foundation of Canada.
