Description:
This fellowship will be offered to candidates who have already completed a coronary PCI fellowship with the goal of exposure to complex PCI in coronary chronic total occlusions. Goals are 1). Learn the full spectrum of contemporary complex PCI techniques for CTO including CTO wire escalation, retrograde PCI and antegrade dissection and rentry. 2). Exposure to the preprocedural patient work-up and evaluation 3). Research in health services research and device development as applicable to CTO PCI.
