Learning objectives:
At the end of the presentation, participants should be able to:
- recognize the role of the University of Toronto in the development of lung transplantation;
- describe the current status and outcomes of lung transplantation in the management of end stage pulmonary disease; and
- assess the contribution of TLTP in describing an important subset of chronic lung allograft dysfunction and the clinical development of ex vivo lung perfusion (EVLP).
