Session Overview:

This is an interactive workshop designed to provide a safe space for conversations around challenges and needs of mid-career faculty working in research. Although this session is focused on mid-career clinician investigators/scientists, everyone is welcome.

Objectives:

• To facilitate conversation around challenges of performing academic research
• To provide an opportunity for faculty members to share experiences with senior clinician investigators/scientists.
