Topic: Healthy Sleep, Healthy Brain: Neuropathological and Cellular Correlates of Sleep and Circadian Disruption in the Aging Human Brain

1. Discuss epidemiological evidence linking sleep disruption to Alzheimer's disease
2. Discuss associations between sleep disruption and dementia associated histopathological changes
3. Discuss associations between sleep disruption and changes in microglial and astrocyte transcriptional phenotype in older adults
