Educational Objective: 
1.To enhance clinical awareness in differentiating between neurodegenerative disorders andneurodevelopmental conditions in older adults.
2.To understand cognitive differences associated with some neurodevelopmental conditions.
3.To explore recommendations and strategies to support individuals withneurodevelopmental conditions.
4.To gain familiarity with neurodiversity-affirmative assessment practices.
