Objectives:
•  Identify and explore mid-career faculty members mentorship needs
•  Discuss approaches to address this group's unique mentorship and career development needs

Session Overview:
This mentorship masterclass is designed for mid-career faculty members in the Department of Medicine. The session will explore and discuss the mentorship needs of mid-career faculty members.

The session will be facilitated by:
