Sinjan completed his neurology training in India followed by a clinical fellowship in Cognitive and Behavioral Neurology from the University of Toronto, Canada. He is passionate about teaching and sharing ideas. Aspiring to pursue high-quality research in the diagnostic and therapeutic aspects of neurodegenerative disorders. He has worked extensively in dementia awareness and teaching, establishing collaborations with multiple institutes. He is one of the founding members of the nationwide Cognitive Neurology Association in India. He has authored multiple book chapters and published scientific articles in several peer reviewed journals.

He has a special interest in frontotemporal dementia and post-stroke cognitive rehabilitation. Artificial Intelligence and its applications such as the Brain-Computer Interface(BCI) in cognitive dysfunctions, are other areas of special interest. A physician with a dream to develop holistic dementia care and implementing judicious management of neuropsychiatric symptoms.

Sinjan loves music, art, literature and dreams of delving deeper into the science of neuroaesthetics and its implications in decoding cognition.
