This is a prestigious award funded through the Chang Professorship held by Tom MacMillan and the HoPingKong Chair held by David Frost, in order to facilitate continuity of care in the TWH GIM clinic with frequent clinic attending/presence, and to facilitate the recipient’s contribution to improving excellence in GIM Clinic Care, including new models of care and new educational innovations.
