Non-Functional Pituitary Microadenoma (< 1cm)

Discharge Criteria

  1. Pituitary hormone profile done at baseline and:
    1. No hormonal hypersecretion
    2. No hypopituitarism
  2. Pituitary adenoma is not compressing or abutting the optic chiasm
  3. Lesion stable in size on follow-up MRI at 1 and 2 years
  4. No immediate pregnancy plans
