Applications are invited for the position of Director of the Neurology Fellowship Program in the Division of Neurology at the University of Toronto. The incoming Director will be an assistant professor or higher and must hold a faculty appointment at the University of Toronto with a record of successful collaborative leadership and outstanding skills in building relationships across our 14+ subspecialty group and our network of healthcare institutions. Operations, finance planning and management skillsets are assets.
The successful candidate will be dedicated to excellence in education, an effective supervisor and experience with fellows/fellowship. The candidate will be expected to maintain and lead the neurology fellowship program and establish the ability to take the neurology program to an even higher level of achievement and attract applications across subspecialties.
The term for the Director is five years, and may be renewed once. A stipend will be provided by the division to recognize the time allocated and this position is supported by the fellowship coordinator.
