Post-Thyroiditis

Discharge Criteria

  1. Thyroiditis has resolved and the patient does not require levothyroxine

OR

  1. Thyroiditis has resolved and the patient is euthyroid on a stable dose of levothyroxine

AND

  1. Patient is not pregnant or planning a pregnancy within 12 months
